The quality of the measuring and testing devices, manufactured, by the S.P.L. Elektronik Brieselang is guaranteed by a multi-level, accordingly to DIN EN ISO 9001, quality control and quality assurance. After the final inspection and the calibration the equipment gets a test mark and a calibration certificate. The calibration is done with standards, which are restorable on the standards of the Physical-Technical Federal Institution
In coordination with the TUEV CERT the entrepreneurial group of TÜV Rheinland / Berlin Brandenburg, for the normal, the purpose appropriate use of the measuring and testing devices of the S.P.L. Elektronik Brieselang, an annual calibration interval is recommended. You find the date of the next calibration on the test mark.
The calibration contains maintenance, update of the firmware, complete statement of the measuring accuracy of all test steps by examination with one or more reference values and calibration. With an update of the firmware for example changes of standard, extensions of the function range of the devices etc. are integrated automatically. During the examination and calibration the validity of the measurements specified in the associated manual is determined. The assured characteristics for the PC operation of the safety testers and function testers of the S.P.L. Elektronik are ensured by the offered or authorized PC software programs by their own.
A change of this calibration interval can be accomplished by the user independently by his own responsibility, in coordination with the concerning quality assurance department.
