IN-600 / INFU – Extension of MAX-MIN Pressure Measurement

With the latest firmware version for the IN-600, or a software update for the INFU module, we have extended the MAX-MIN pressure measurement function of our current infusion pump testers IN-600 / INFU, further improving the options for documenting pressure values.

Overview of the changes:

  • MAX-MIN Measurement (SPL824/826): After the measurement is completed, the valves remain closed and the pressure in the system is maintained.
  • Additional Pressure Value (SPL870/872): The current system pressure can then be determined using the standard pressure measurement function. This provides three values for documentation: maximum, minimum and current pressure. This extended measurement function is compatible with the updated requirements for functional testing of B. Braun infusion pumps.
  • Manual Pressure Release (SPL851): If the current pressure value is not required, the pressure can be released using the “Open Valves” function.

Your IN-600 will receive the new functionality through a firmware update during its next calibration at our facility. New devices are already delivered with the updated firmware. The update for your INFU module will be provided via a software update.
